Poker Recap - Have I Been Winning?

so my $1000 bankroll is on PokerStars, new beginnings and all that jazz...

the question is how much have I actually won at poker? have I won? Ive had several drunken mishaps, with bankrolls halved in one night. I had a costly experiment at Omaha, on the plus side I have played over 300k hands and subsequently raked back loads... I have cleared over $1k in bonuses, I have had 2 4 figure tournament scores and wins on a cash stake plus live cash wins....

its time to tally my numbers up!!

Full Tilt can be view in 2 steps, first go i won $936 at holdem and lost $260 at Omaha, after a break i came back and things were not the same, i lost $5 over 90k hands and lost $750 at Omaha - combined cash total is minus $80 :-(





however the combined rake and bonuses for these 300k hands has been worth +$2578!!

also on Full Tilt mainly thanks to the daily dollar my tournament total is plus $2530

as well as this I had a small try at bet most poker under nomorepainpoker7 and won $280

under my staking deal I have ripped up on Omaha Cash, my $712 shared 50/50



....however even better is my $2140 in tourney winners on paddypower meaning on my stake i have seen +$1425 profit

in a staked £55 tourney at the casino I made £260 I also have logged £100 in cash play at the casino, even sicker is im currently +£430 in our work lunchtime cash game over 38 sessions, i need to post more about this over the next week as i have got very lucky!!

that post last night was a drunken rant, i again have let myself down but i dont think im ready to quit poker yet.

i have withdrawn my roll from Full Tilt and at the moment im leaning towards a week off an then redepositing on Poker Stars.

I just have to check out and see what kind of benefits a $25 player can get first.

will be doing some changes to the blog in the week ahead and thinking a lot about why i play poker, there is a good, winning player inside me somewhere goddamit!

damn 3 months 20 days without a hand of Omaha or higher then 50c stakes...



it all went a bit crazy, i found a losing player at $50 Heads Up and got stacked 3 times!! had AK on AK3 flop, villain had 33, very next hand AK all in pre, villain has JJ and hits first card... i grind back a bit and spazz out lose it back plus another stack with QQ running into AA.

at this point im fuming and i discount all logic and go to a $200 rush table, i make a really stupid play and end up throwing in my last $80 from my full buyin knowing i only had two outs..

a total mess, hitting runner runner, I thought I could rep the big AK and obviously didnt know he had trips.

luckily I suck out and in a way this justice for the 88 hand I lost a few months back for over $400 when villain hit a 2 outer on the river.

Obviously people will slate me for being a fuckwit and yeah I deserve it but it has been near 4 months without an episode like this, previously this would happen every month.

Not A Brag Post

everytime I post good results I follow up with a $100 minimum loss, so poker gods this aint a brag, just a report!!

since my return back i've started slowly, but have managed a couple of hour long sessions and have managed to make a withdrawal. stats look quite good -



aim is just to keep going, Take 2 starts tomorrow and is a nice easy $25 for people to achieve.

damn havent posted in over 2 weeks, the longest break since this blog started....

Idid receive an email from an online poker buddy last week who said, are you busto?
I guess confessing some dirty tilt sessions followed by not posting for a couple of weeks would probably look like that was the case!

in fact the reason for my absence was that on my holiday to Spain, the day we were due back was also the day chosen by the spanish to have a national strike! my flight was cancelled and EasyJet couldnt not get us back until a week later! FML i had to shell out over £1000 on hotel/food and it looked like the poker account would need dissolving! luckily a combo of Overdraft plus Xmas savings saw me through the week and fingers crossed i will get a full refund from the travel insurance, has anyone had similar experiences when they have got the money back or shafted?

have played a tiny bit of poker, up $10 in cash in $10 in tourneys, i've just brought Fifa 11 though so poker may take a backseat whilst i get to grips with it, i at least want to be able to whip all my mates online.
