bankroll at an all time low of $800, profit since July 1st is only $400 with only $56off this table profit

anyone have any ideas what to do? i was on $600 table profit about 10 days ago :-(

might need a plan, maybe stick to full ring or heads up solely... full ring im down $440 headsup im up $537 so maybe its obvious what i should play?!
