lost the lot playing cash after a fruitless and boring night playing $3 and below tourneys - yuck!
i have $200 on stars and am looking for a transfer to Full Tilt of abbout $150, i have posted on the RTR forum so hopefully someone can help.
this is literally the last available bit of cash i have spare for poker at the moment so i better sort my head out, stop being a bitch and just grind the cheap tourneys where i know i do ok.... my sharkscope is as follows, not a great sample size but it shows i can win.

Take a break. Read a book. But whatever you do, take your mind off the not winning. The more you think about not winning, the more you will lose.
